Christopher Scott Jent, 33, as sole executive officer and director, has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of TDEC since January 16, 2009, and as Treasurer and Secretary since its inception.  Since TDEC’s inception, Mr. Jent has been involved in all management aspects of the business including prospect and lease acquisition, field operations, and capital and financial management.  Under his leadership, TDEC has employed new technologies improving operations and productivity as well as producing significant increases in oil and gas production.  Prior to co-founding TDEC, Mr. Jent served as Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer for a Dallas, Texas based independent oil and gas company where he managed the capital funding and operations of joint ventures with capital of approximately $75 million.  These ventures participated in the drilling or operation of nearly 100 oil and gas wells.  Mr. Jent attended the University of Texas at Dallas where his major was Finance.

As of the date of this Memorandum, Triple Crown Management, Inc. owns 49% of the capital stock of TDEC and Royal Rock Consulting, Inc. owns 51% of the capital stock of TDEC. Christopher Scott Jent is the sole officer and director of Royal Rock Consulting, Inc.
